Professionals Rentals & Sales Mackay is seeking a motivated team player who is committed to building a successful career in real estate. A minimum 2 years property management experience is preferable. Successful applicants must show a proactive attitude and have strong customer service skills.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Managing your own rental portfolio
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Conducting incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
* Overseeing rental arrears control
* Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
* Advertising, viewings, and processing tenant applications
* Preparing lease agreements
* Attending to tribunal applications and hearings
* Liaising on insurance matters
* Conducting general administrative duties
You will need:
* Property management experience
* Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
* Strong computer literacy in Microsoft & property management programs
* Current drivers licence
* Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
* Effective communication skills with ability to liaise with multiple parties in a timely manner
* Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines whilst multi-tasking
* Professional presentation
This position is full-time and includes Saturday work on rotation.
