Overview
We're looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a small, close‐knit team at Leidos Australia, working closely with our client on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and coordinate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives.
* Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
* Communicate project development status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
* Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‐quality products/solutions on time.
* Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
* Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring objectives are consistently met.
What You'll Bring
* Certification in Agile methodologies, e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams.
* Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of TSPV security clearance.
