EEHA Technicians | Oil & Gas | FIFO Karratha
Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced EEHA Technicians to support two active Oil & Gas plants in Karratha.
This role suits qualified, site-ready EEHA technicians who understand hazardous area environments and want structured project work across construction, commissioning and brownfield scopes within live process facilities.
These are high standard operating plants where safety, compliance and quality are non-negotiable.
What You'll Be Working On
* EEHA inspection and verification of Ex equipment including Ex d, Ex e, Ex i, Ex n and Ex t
* Installation, inspection and maintenance of hazardous area equipment
* Ex glanding, termination and inspection
* Completion of verification dossiers and compliance documentation
* Identification and rectification of non-conformances
* Working to AS/NZS 60079 and site specific EEHA procedures

Essential Requirements
* Proven EEHA experience on live Oil & Gas process plants
* WA Electrical Licence
* Certificate IV in EEHA (Mandatory)
* Relevant electrical trade qualification
* Strong working knowledge of AS/NZS 60079
* First Aid within 36 months
* CPR and LV Rescue within 12 months
* Construction Card, White or Blue
* Full Australian working rights
This role is suited to technicians who can operate confidently within hazardous area environments.
Project Details
* Location: Karratha, WA
* Two active Oil & Gas plants
* 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster
* 68 or 70 hours per week, project dependent
* FIFO from all Australian capital cities
* Immediate start
* Long term projects, 9 months +
