**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Turks have an exciting prospect for a Law Clerk to join our high performing Brisbane General Insurance team.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to a partner and a team of lawyers, you will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- preparation and drafting of correspondence, including court documents and letters;
- downloading and collating documents;
- diarising hearing dates and processing of documentation for court actions;
- undertaking research tasks;
- compiling and sending reports to clients;
- brief preparation;
- assisting lawyers as necessary; and
- other administrative tasks as required by the Group.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- have experience working in a similar role, with experience working with motor claims highly regarded;
- have completed your Higher School Certificate;
- have an outstanding level of attention to detail;
- demonstrate your reliable and responsible nature;
- have superior time management and organisational skills;
- be an approachable and responsive team member; and
- demonstrate ability to work in a professional services firm conducting work of a legal nature, however is not essential
**This position requires working capacity of a minimum of 3 days per week (option to work full time over university break).**
