Our client is a well-established ASX-listed organisation operating within a complex, fast-paced environment. With a major ERP transformation currently underway, the business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
About The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this position will play a key role in maintaining continuity across finance operations while supporting broader transformation initiatives. The role will suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys operating across both BAU financial control and project-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading month-end, reporting and financial control processes
* Supporting the business through an ERP implementation and associated process improvements
* Managing and mentoring members of the finance team
* Partnering with operational and executive stakeholders across the organisation
* Driving process improvement, controls and reporting efficiencies
* Supporting audit, compliance and governance activities
About You
You will be an experienced Financial Controller with strong technical capability and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You Will Ideally Bring
* CA/CPA qualification
* Prior experience within large, complex or ASX-listed organisations
* Exposure to ERP implementations, finance transformation or systems projects, Dynamics highly advantageous
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
* Hands‐on approach with the ability to balance BAU and project responsibilities
* Immediately available or available at short notice preferred
