Integration Project Manager I Contract Until 30/06/2026
Rate: $86.50 per hour
We're looking for an Integration Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of integration activities within a major Future Systems Program. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering seamless integrations between a Salesforce-based regulatory platform and multiple internal and external systems, supporting data sharing, automation, and regulatory compliance.
Your new role
You'll play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the Systems Integration workstream across the Future Systems Program
Develop and manage detailed integration plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Manage relationships with external partners and government agencies
Act as the primary escalation point for integration risks, issues, and decisions
Ensure all integrations meet security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements
Provide regular status reporting and insights to senior program leadership
Track progress, manage dependencies, and control change impacting integrations
Support transition to BAU through documentation, knowledge transfer, and training
Promote reuse of integration components and standardised integration patterns
Key Selection Criteria
Proven experience delivering complex IT integration projects, in government environments
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms and integration technologies (APIs, ETL, middleware)
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external delivery partners
Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience working in agile delivery environments
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable
