National Consulting Firm looking for an experienced HR Manager responsible for providing HR support to the business. The role will partner with key stakeholders to provide HR support for all aspects of HR. Ideally you will have experience with HR management within the professional services industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Complete required HR reporting as directed or required by the Board or SMT
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote best practice and ensure compliance with legislation
- Promote engagement, commitment, and motivation of employees by developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative strategies to enhance productivity, morale, and culture
- Provide support to the COO with ad hoc HR projects and change management initiatives
- Identify and implement strategies and practices to attract, retain, develop, and motivate the workforce
- Promoting and overseeing the health and safety of employees
- Developing and implementing learning and Development Programs
- Providing coaching and respond to managers and staff on performance appraisal, grievance, or complaints procedures
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation
- A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
