About the Opportunity
To build on our success, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing Team at our Corporate Head Office in Newcastle, NSW. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative team environment, contributing to all aspects of marketing, graphic design, communications, digital, and social media.
Role
This role involves working with the Digital and Online Manager and Brand Marketing Managers to develop and optimise Group websites, execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, develop responsive (HTML) emails, and manage social media strategies. You will:
* Monitor, maintain, and optimise websites and digital campaigns
* Create engaging landing pages, microsites, forms, and push notifications
* Collaborate with developers, UX designers, graphic designers, and marketing managers to meet business and customer satisfaction goals
* Implement web tracking (tag manager, analytics) for campaigns and landing pages
* Execute A/B testing and optimisation strategies across web and email campaigns
* Ensure all business listings and display homes are current across platforms
* Manage advertising and retargeting on platforms like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
* Design and execute email campaigns, including automation
About You
You will share our core values: better together, be accountable, people matter, and think bigger. Additionally, you will:
* Enjoy coding in HTML5 and CSS to create responsive email templates
* Have strong CMS experience; familiarity with Unbounce, Google Analytics, and Campaign Monitor is beneficial
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, email automation, push notifications, and Photoshop is a plus
* Think creatively to produce innovative digital solutions
* Be a team player in a high-performing environment
