Duties & Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Representative nec include:

·Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting technical specifications, quality standards, and benefits.
·Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences, occasions, and budget considerations.
·Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces.
·Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
·Handle customer objections effectively and close sales by emphasizing product strengths and value propositions.
