ResponsibilitiesAnswering and directing incoming phone calls in a skilled mannerGreeting and assisting clients and visitors face-to-faceScheduling incoming work using cloud-based CRM software (ServiceM8 or similar)Processing and handling over-the-counter sales (EFTPOS)Accurate and timely data entry of invoicingGeneral administrative tasks to support day-to-day operationsStrong customer service skills, both in person and over the phoneExperience using cloud-based CRM or scheduling systems (e.g. ServiceM8 or similar)Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook & ExcelExperience with accounting programs (e.g. QuickBooks, advantageous but not essential)High level of attention to detailSolid data entry and administrative skillsReliable, positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAustralian work rights are required for this positionAvailabilityHours: 3 days a week, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (19.5hrs weekly). 
Monday, Tuesday & Friday are essential.
