About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for VIC, SA, and TAS to join Camec, a part of Fleetwood Australia. In this senior role, you will drive business growth by securing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market share across these regions. You will lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, develop tailored solutions for clients, and foster long-term relationships to strengthen Camec's market position. The role is based out of the Noble Park office with occasional interstate travel.
Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development: actively win new business with new and existing customers to grow revenue; develop and execute strategies to achieve targets in VIC/SA/TAS; manage key accounts; deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and negotiations; conduct market analysis to identify opportunities; pursue new business in key sectors.
* Client & Market Engagement: build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders; represent the company at meetings, site visits, networking events, and forums; collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Sales Operations & Reporting: maintain CRM records and pipeline reports; provide forecasts and sales performance reports to senior management; contribute to pricing strategies and customer quotes.
Qualifications and capabilities
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales or business development role.
* Proven business development management expertise with well-developed negotiation and quotation skills.
* Preferred experience in the RV industry.
* Highly commercial, energetic, and driven to achieve results.
* Passionate about delivering customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced computing skills, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
* Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to develop and foster crucial business relationships.
