We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our company as a Full-time Security Concierge. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors and assets.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors with check-in procedures, issuing visitor badges and directing them to their destinations.
* Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted entry.
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
* Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies or alarms following established protocols and procedures.
* Assisting employees with access issues.
* Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incidents and security-related activities.
Requirements:
* Must have Security Licence.
* Proven experience in security or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
