Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Finance Officer to support our finance team in managing daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Ensure payments reflect modern Award requirements.Maintain employee payroll records, including tax details, deductions, and benefits.Develop quotes, service agreements and schedules of supportMaintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other day-to-day financial administrationManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payments.Ensure all processing is completed in line with compliance requirements and legislation.Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and other statutory obligations related to payroll.Assist in the preparation of end-of-month financial reports and account reconciliationsAssist with tax filings, audits, and compliance-related tasks.Perform other finance-related administrative duties as requiredWhat You’ll BringA qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is advantageous.Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.Exposure to payroll in NDIS business is advantageous.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Analytical-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What We Would Like You To HaveAuthorised to work in Victoria.An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sectorFinance qualification is desirable.An understanding of rostering and SCHADS AwardExperience in the NDIS billing processes.Previous experience in accounts in a similar roleWorking with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckBenefitsWhat we offer:We care about your physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we offer wellbeing subsidies that provide discounts on gym, yoga, and Pilates memberships.We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.We believe in working hard and playing hard, and foster team bonding through a variety of events that help you connect with your colleagues outside of work.If you're viewing this ad and don’t quite tick off the whole criteria list BUT and you’re keen to take on a new challenge and you think you’d be a great fit at Incluso Services, we encourage you to take that leap and hit the "Apply" button.Apply today and help us in building an organisation that celebrates all, where inclusion is second nature, and where everyone is heard.When you join Incluso Services, you know you are joining an organisation that is driven by our values and innovation.
