As the Retail Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the business across South Sydney, driving growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service to retail partners. This is a highly client-facing role for someone who thrives on the road, is motivated by targets, and wants to grow with a business that's making waves globally.

About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and deepening relationships with retail partners across Southern Sydney — from Cronulla through to Wollongong — with additional coverage extending into the ACT and selected regional NSW areas. You'll be out in front of clients daily presenting products, delivering samples, and offering tailored solutions that meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
* Represent the brand with professionalism and energy across Southern Sydney, Wollongong, Cronulla, the ACT and surrounding regions.
* This is an on road role - regular travel required including approximately one week in the ACT every 6 weeks and one week in regional NSW every 8-10 weeks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
* Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Travel regularly across the region to maintain a strong market presence.
* Participate in occasional travel to New Zealand for brand alignment and team collaboration.
* Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
About You
* Proven experience in a sales role – ideally within the flooring, interiors, or building materials industry. Potentially you are coming out of a retail environment looking to build your sales career.
* A natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset.
* Highly motivated by targets and performance incentives.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic brand.
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing a regional travel schedule.
* Passionate about design, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
