Job Role

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the care of residents and ensuring their individual needs are met.

They work closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care across the home.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide emotional support and empathy to all residents.
* Assist in managing medication, nutrition, and hydration programs.
* Lead and supervise care on shifts within designated areas.
* Perform tasks related to medication management in accordance with policies and scope of qualification.


About You

* A relevant Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support is required.
* High levels of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness are essential.
* Effective communication and listening skills are necessary for success.
* Ability to learn new technology and adapt to changing situations.
* A current National police check and knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control are also required.
