Role
Manage our Learning Management System and training compliance. Support the design and implementation of learning and development projects. Facilitate induction and ensure each team member is rostered into the required training to remain compliant in their role.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of the organization's LMS.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning programs.
* Ensure induction processes are followed and compliance training records are up to date.
* Provide reporting and analysis on learning metrics.
Qualifications
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Experience managing a Learning Management System.
* Robust reporting and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate processes.
* A positive, proactive approach and a passion for supporting team member growth.
* 1–3 years in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
* A tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable.
