A global leadership advisory firm is expanding its consulting team in Melbourne with a pivotal Engagement Manager role focused on developing and deepening relationships with major enterprise clients. You'll work across complex, high‐impact projects, contribute to thought leadership, and play a central role in scaling strategic accounts within a collaborative organisation.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic client development across priority accounts, shaping engagement plans and embedding the firm's leadership solutions at scale.
* Oversee end‐to‐end project management for major consulting engagements, ensuring resources, timelines and deliverables are aligned for exceptional client outcomes.
* Lead account performance tracking and cross‐team coordination to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Qualifications)
* 2-5 years' experience in strategy, organisational or management consulting, ideally with exposure to leadership, transformation or people‐focused work.
* Academic grounding in psychology / human capital and organisational development.
* Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‐management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and operate in demanding, matrixed environment.
