Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage our Structural division in Geelong. Successful candidates will work alongside a skilled team of administrative and production staff to deliver high-quality products for well-known clientele.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage all project aspects and deliverables that support the business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
* Direct the procurement and project team members to ensure all materials, logistics, planning, and resource allocation meet assigned targets
* Chair meetings, finalise minutes, manage RFI's, NCR's, VO's, and general correspondence
* Forecast potential EOT's and VO's, expedite the program to avoid delays where possible
* Monitor and provide ongoing tracking of time, quality, and budget for individual projects
* Provide timely invoice data to the finance team to maintain positive cash flow
Skill and Qualification Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* A firm understanding of commercial and technical requirements in structural and/or pressure equipment projects
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
* Experience procuring critical long-lead materials through international channels
* A firm understanding of manufacturing techniques and production planning
* Previous experience in structural steel manufacturing is highly regarded
