Electrical Automation Expert
* Supports the integration and configuration of industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, drives, and advanced instrumentation.
* Troubleshoots equipment breakdowns and investigates root causes to ensure optimal system performance.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize control and tracking systems, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
* Develops and implements machine learning, vision systems, and other digital transformation initiatives to enhance automation capabilities.
* Ensures seamless system upgrades and maintains accurate documentation of changes to maintain operational integrity.
* Formulates maintenance strategies and manages critical spare parts and system documentation to minimize downtime.
* Interoperates between MES system interfaces (PSI, SAP EWM) for real-time production tracking and analysis.
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Hands-on experience with industrial control systems.
* Strong focus on workplace safety.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with MES, process automation, or data-driven technologies.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
