**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Brand, we're looking for a creative and engaging Social Media & Community Manager to join our Support Office in Richmond.
This person will play an integral role in bringing Grill'd brand to life by planning and executing the Grill'd social media strategy. With the support of our Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media communities, driving our vision to build the most actively engaged community of healthy burger lovers.

- You'll take full ownership of social media calendar to ensure that it aligns with the wider marketing strategy.
- Community engagement - amplifying marketing campaigns and activities through social media, leveraging relevant partnerships.
- Identify and build relationships with brand ambassadors/influencers to extend the Grill'd Brand to new audiences.
- Use marketing strategies to deliver the Grill'd brand message and work on any upcoming promotions/competitions to increase brand awareness.
- Develop action plans to grow & maintain followers and engagement through social media platforms including Instagram. LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
- Work with the wider marketing team to help deliver brand content experiences to bring moments of brand and social together.
- Reporting on social media metrics, providing insights, flagging opportunities for growth.
**Who we're looking for**:
- 3+ years' experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital/Ecommerce/CRM platforms and technologies
- Experience in developing social content and social media programmes
- Someone with an understanding of marketing analytics and reporting, preparing reports for key stakeholders
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to understand Grill'd's brand voice
