Located in Central Queensland, approximately 10 km north-west of Gladstone, the refinery commenced operations in 2004.
We are looking for a skilled individual to lead a high-performing team responsible for maintenance planning and materials warehousing.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of planners and warehouse personnel to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes.
* Plan and manage maintenance schedules to drive sustainable performance improvements.
* Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational needs.
* Establish and track key performance indicators aligned with refinery maintenance goals.
* Champion a culture of safety, care, and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrate company values of Care, Courage, and Curiosity in everything you do.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong commitment to safety and wellbeing is essential. You will also need:
* Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, ideally within SAP systems.
* Previous leadership experience in maintenance or planning teams is highly regarded but not essential.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and transformational change.
* The ability to inspire and develop others, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
