Remuneration:$43.03 - $54.46 p/hr permanent base rate (based upon experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Retention bonuses of up to $10,000 over 12 months
Relocation bundle: Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and Rental assistance of up to $5,000 over 12 months (for candidates that are re-locating - paid via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)

About the role:
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
Role requirements:
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
