The role of Sales Analyst is a key opportunity to make a significant impact on the mechanics behind product promotions. Working closely with various teams, including Sales, Commercial Finance, and Revenue Growth Management, you will develop core skills to further your career in any of these fields.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update and maintain accurate sales data in spreadsheets and databases.
* Perform data validation, cleaning and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
* Data input of promotional information into customer and internal systems prior to go-live periods.
* Processing of customer, financial claims as part of promotional deals.
* Review and analysis of sales data to provide an overview to Sales on promotional effectiveness post-promotion period and suggest recommendations for future success.
* Commercial and analytical support with ad-hoc project work.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with previous experience working with Sales and Finance to provide analytical support and process promotion-related claims back to customers. Strong Excel skills are required to work with large datasets and analyse sales results, reconcile and process claims related to promotional deals.
Natural organisation skills are essential to manage multiple time-based/deadline-driven tasks. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are necessary to deliver analytical insights.
