Job Description
* Lead a High-Performing Team: The Centre Manager will be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Storage Consultants to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
* Deliver Excellent Customer Service: The Centre Manager will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
* Operational Excellence: The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational excellence, actively managing centre operations, including centre presentation, maintenance, general administration duties, security access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Reporting and Analysis: The Centre Manager will provide weekly and monthly reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance directly to the Operations Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting.
* Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution knowledge and the ability to de-escalate situations.
* Sales Targets: Proven ability in working toward sales targets and KPIs.
* Technology: Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems.
* Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to foster a team-building environment.
* Learning and Growth: Motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
