The role Opportunity for a Supply Chain Architect to join our Above Water Systems team based in Garden Island. You will be the driving force behind developing supply chain architecture for bids and projects, ensuring the right solutions are built for new business endeavours from the outset. Your primary goal will be to optimise our architecture, processes, and procedures to establish a lean, efficient supply chain end to end. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will work closely with our systems experts to implement best practices, including lean six sigma methodologies, and build a robust supply chain infrastructure. Your expertise in supply chain planning, buying, and logistics, coupled with a commitment to lean principles, will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop supply chain architecture for bids, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Participate in Product review and Supply planning activities. Manage supply chain projects in the pre-production phase. Optimise supply chain architecture, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with systems experts to implement lean six sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Utilise S&OP and IBP methodologies to enhance supply chain performance and align business goals with operational activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while striving for continuous improvement. Your Experience Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) are highly desirable. Proven experience in supply chain architecture development, preferably in a multinational environment. Expertise in supply chain planning, buying, and logistics, with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) methodologies. Experience in implementing and optimising end-to-end supply chain solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. Commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
