About the Client Our client is an established independent supermarket operator with a strong reputation for customer service, fresh product offering and local community connection. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager who understands the fast-paced nature of supermarket retail and can confidently oversee the full operation of the business. This is not a role where you are micromanaged. You will be trusted to run the store as if it were your own. About the Role Reporting directly to the owner, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day store operations across sales performance, purchasing, team leadership, administration and back-of-house functions. This is a highly hands-on role requiring someone who understands supermarket operations from the ground up and can balance customer experience with strong commercial and operational control.
