A highly experienced senior leader is sought to optimize our end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions across the organization.
Key responsibilities will include leading the synchronization of inventory, production, and operations to drive efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
* Supply Chain Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to manage supply chain risks, ensure policy compliance, and achieve cost savings through effective negotiations with suppliers.
* Procurement Excellence: Establish best-in-class procurement frameworks, foster strategic supplier partnerships, and drive commercial improvements through robust due diligence and contingency planning.
* Sustainability and ESG: Embed sustainable practices in line with organizational targets, ensuring a positive impact on the environment and society.
* Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize inventory levels, minimize working capital requirements, and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
