About the RoleJoin our Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
Based at the Centre for Older Persons Health, Shepparton, the ACA team offers structured local and national orientation programs within a supportive, team-focused environment.
We provide comprehensive geriatric assessments across the Hume region and seek enthusiastic, motivated individuals with assessment skills and clinical knowledge.
The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team, managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and working independently.
Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be effective team players, and possess advanced computer skills.
