Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled eCommerce & CRM Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce or CRM, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Create, schedule, and manage trade emails aligned with key promotions and product launches.
* Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance and content.
Digital & Content Strategy
* Implement a digital and content marketing plan to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
* Project manage online campaigns and promotional activities, including briefing in assets, building EDMs, and tracking key dates for on-time delivery.
CRM & Loyalty
* Develop and implement customer-led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams.
* Support CRM Manager in CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to build and retain customer relationships. As well as growing the subscriber database through tactical acquisition campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
* Analyse and report on the ROI of campaign outcomes.
* Conduct post-campaign reporting with actionable insights.
SEO & Growth Opportunities
* Drive SEO through blogs and optimized product descriptions.
* Explore and pursue affiliate marketing opportunities with digital marketing team.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
* Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
