We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate fashion retailer to lead our boutique store, INDIANIC ROTTNEST ISLAND as Store Manager. This is a unique chance to work with some of Australia’s leading fashion and swimwear brands in an extensive multi label boutique on the idyllic Rottnest Island.
About the Boutique
Located on stunning Rottnest Island, INDIANIC is the island’s only fashion boutique and home to a range of Australian designers. A focus on ladies fashion but we also carry an extensive range of Swimwear and Resortwear. Swim sales and experience an advantage. We also have menswear, children's wear, accessories and homewares. A busy Boutique catering to all Rottnest Island visitors, providing a truly special shopping experience for our customers.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead by example — bringing energy, leadership, and a love of fashion to the role. You’ll manage daily operations, drive sales, and create a welcoming and inspiring environment for both customers and team members.
We’re looking for someone with an ‘Of Course’ attitude — someone who’s cheerful, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies
- Create engaging in-store displays and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with customers and the local community
- Recruit, train, and support your team to deliver consistent excellence
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager (fashion experience essential)
- A passion for style, trends, and customer experience
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills and a passion for creating a positive shopping setting
- Excellent visual merchandising and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
