About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Seafood Processor to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of seafood products.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in unloading fresh seafood from vessels
* Move seafood products to chillers, freezers, and live tanks
* Sort, dress, and fillet fish with high recovery rates
* Inspect and grade fish and shellfish for size and quality
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as a seafood processor
* Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards
* Familiarity with seafood processing equipment
