We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the close-out phase of a small commercial construction project. This is an 8-week contract role based in our South Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities
* Finalizing project close-out documentation
* Managing head contract administration
* Assessing and processing variations
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Accurate cost tracking and reporting using Cheops
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
* Proficiency with the Cheops project management system
* Strong understanding of head contract and variation management
