We're seeking an Assistant Strata Manager to support our licensed Strata Managers in delivering trusted, personalised services to the owners and committees we work with. The position sits within our Tweed Heads office and plays a key part in helping our team deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
About the role
You'll work closely with our strata managers to help manage a varied portfolio. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating maintenance, preparing documents, assisting with meetings, supporting owner and committee enquiries, and helping ensure compliance with relevant legislation. It's a role that suits someone organised, confident with people, and ready to build their knowledge of strata management.
