Sunland Caravans is expanding and we are seeking skilled Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. We build premium caravans to the highest specifications and are looking for people who take pride in accuracy, quality, and teamwork.
Multiple full-time positions are available across our production line.

Available Positions
Chassis Fit-Out
* Run brake looms
* Fit water tanks
* Install floors and vinyl
* Fit composite walls to chassis
Build / Assembly
* Assemble chassis into completed caravans
* Install strip lighting to furniture
* Fit assembled furniture into vans
* High accuracy and attention to detail required
External Finishing
* Install air conditioners, windows, spare wheels, steps, toolboxes, access doors, and awnings
* High standard of sealing and caulking essential
Internal Finishing
* Install upholstery, mattresses, tables, and internal accessories
Electricians / Electrical Technicians
* Install, test, and commission 12V and 240V electrical systems
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Install batteries, solar systems, inverters, chargers, and accessories

About You
* Experience as a production worker, assembler, trades assistant, or in caravan, automotive, manufacturing, or construction environments
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
