Commercial Contracts Coordinator
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Contracts Coordinator and drive business growth through effective contract management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining proactive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
* Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, and ensuring project document control meets all contract requirements.
* Developing budget targets, identifying key risks, and opportunities for best commercial outcomes in consultation with the Project Manager.
* Managing and maintaining cost control software, including budget entry, commitments, forecasting, variations, payments, and coding of invoices.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive outcomes.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to problem-solve and act decisively.
