Comfort Keepers South is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Community Support Worker or coordinator who is passionate about quality care, workforce support, and service excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Community Support Coordinator plays a key operational role in coordinating, monitoring and supporting Community Support Workers (CSWs) to ensure high-quality, compliant and person-centred service delivery.
You'll act as the primary link between the office and our CSW workforce, with a strong focus on workforce coordination, service oversight, quality monitoring, documentation accuracy, and early identification and escalation of risks or issues.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee Community Support Worker service delivery
Act as the main operational contact for CSWs
Monitor service quality, compliance and documentation standards
Conduct scheduled and ad hoc service monitoring, including spot checks
Identify training needs, risks and service issues and elevate as required
Prepare regular operational and activity reports
Maintain accurate records and support audits and continuous improvement
Support effective communication between CSWs, the office and management
Assist with distribution and collection of resources and documentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum Certificate IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Community Care, Disability Support or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a Community Support Worker
Experience in coordination, quality monitoring or operational support
Strong organisational, documentation and reporting skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to identify, manage and elevate operational risks
Current First Aid Certificate
Current WA Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Clearance and required background checks
Flexibility to meet operational requirements
