The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit a self‑motivated, passionate, customer focused Sales & Customer Support professional who is seeking to progress and develop their career with a leading Australian business.
Working as part of a committed team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will enjoy building relationships across a broad customer base including distributors, manufacturers, workshops and general consumers.
Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of our parts sales.
Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will be complimented by your proven ability to effectively communicate and be proactive in a fast‑paced changing work environment.
A typical day will see you:
* Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email or counter sales)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls
* Processing of return goods requests and documentation
* Enter new customer data and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
* Maintain and compile new vehicle data for cataloguing
* Maintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basis

Ideally you will also have
* Experience in a customer/spare parts support role within Automotive or Industrial industry
* Strong aptitude to understanding with a proven ability to convey technical information in a simple manner
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Action oriented, curious mind and eager to learn
* Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
* Customer‑centric with a solution focus approach
