About the Role
We're seeking Sales Specialists who excel at building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome walk-in customers, conduct high-quality test drives, match buyers with the perfect pre-owned vehicle from our extensive inventory, and upsell value-added services like financing, insurance, and extended warranties.

Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Bonus (based on performance)
Ongoing Earnings: Up to $6,000/month in commission (uncapped potential)
