We specialise in fun, engaging activities that promote teamwork and communication. We are looking for skilled and experienced staff to join our team and support the dynamic delivery of our activities and events.
You will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering wide variety of activities designed to encourage corporate staff team work and development.
Including:
- Amazing Races
- Treasure Hunts
- Survivor Themed
- Charity Give Back activities including assembling of furniture, toys, bicycles, trikes, skateboards for donation to local charities
- Team games: Trivi Action, Minute-2-Win-It, Mini Olympics
- Team Development through experiential learning
This is a hands-on position, requiring travel to different locations to assist with event setup and delivery.

Full time fixed contact from November 2024 to January 2025
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Thrill event team, ensuring efficient setup and smooth operations.
- Administration and liaison with clients.
- Be the main host / coordinator, delivering client team building activities to groups of 10-100's.
- Travel to various locations across Australia to deliver and / or support events and activities
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments on-site when necessary
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of equipment
- Provide excellent service to clients during events, representing Thrill Team Events in a professional manner
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Proven experience** in group activity instruction, facilitation, training, teaching to small and large groups.
- Ability to meet the **physical demands** of the role (e.g., manual handling, lifting, carrying, running, etc.)
- **Valid Australian driver's license** and willingness to travel regularly for work
- Flexibility to work at least 4 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours
- Valid authority to work in Australia unrestricted.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to adhering to all safety and quality guidelines
