General Office Operations:
Managing Daily Operations:
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
Coordinating Meetings and Events:
- Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel.
Maintaining Records:
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
Purchasing and Inventory:
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Administrative Support:
Providing Support to Staff:
- Assisting employees with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Supporting Executives:
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars and preparing presentations.
Assisting with Financial Tasks:
- Handling petty cash, processing invoices, and assisting with budgeting.
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Effectively communicating with staff, clients, and vendors.
Customer Service:
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing a positive first impression of the organization.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- A high school diploma is typically required, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office management software.
Experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is often required.

Language:
- Able to speak and write English fluently
Typing Skills:
- Able to type 45 to 75 words per minutes
