We’re now looking for a Driver customer service to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with Drivers and Operators—those at the heart of our business. What You’ll Be Doing As a Driver customer service, you’ll focus on expanding and retaining our driver and operator network through a combination of relationship building, brand advocacy, and proactive engagement. Your work will directly impact the success and confidence of our transport partners. Drive new sign-ups and ensure long-term retention of Drivers and Operators Actively pursue growth through direct leads, onboarding, and relationship management Attend events, tradeshows, and local activations to engage partners Support digital onboarding processes and CRM tracking Promote the 13cabs and Silver Service brands with passion and pride Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insights About You You’re a motivated communicator with a passion for building lasting relationships. You're just as comfortable attending a local event as you are analysing lead pipelines or closing a partnership conversation.
