About the role
SAE Group is seeking a professional, organised, and confident Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Kingscliff, NSW. This role is central to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office and is responsible for front‑of‑house reception, administrative support, general office duties, and filtering incoming sales enquiries.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and inbound calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally, appropriately screened, and directed to the correct team members. This role suits someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Enquiries
* Act as the primary point of contact for all customers, visitors, and inbound calls
* Professionally screen and filter incoming sales enquiries, directing them as required
* Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence with a friendly and professional approach
* Maintain a welcoming and well‑presented front‑of‑house environment
Administration & Office Support
* Provide general administrative support including scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination
* Manage correspondence, data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Support administration and sales teams with day‑to‑day tasks
Office Organisation & Supplies
* Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office and reception area
* Manage office and company supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reordered as needed
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
* Assist with internal meetings, company events, and general office coordination
About You
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or office support
* Confident and professional phone manner, including handling and filtering enquiries
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to a variety of tasks
* Strong communication skills
