About the Role
The Cyber Communication and Change Manager is responsible for successfully uplifting and adopting cybersecurity behaviour, culture and process change across Swinburne University of Technology. They work collaboratively across all areas of the university, including the Cyber Resilience Program, to improve student and staff cyber knowledge. The Manager acts as an ambassador to staff, students and external stakeholders, increasing awareness of cyber controls and practices. They support the university's commitment to cyber engagement and resilience, and design visual communication formats to influence robust change management.
Key Accountabilities
Reporting and Collaboration
The Manager reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and collaborates closely with the Cyber Resilience Program Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in information security, change management and communication in an organisational setting.
Working with Children Check
Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children Check.
