Employment Law Specialist Opportunity

The opportunity is for an employment law specialist who either already sits at a partnership level and looking for better perks, or for someone who sits at special counsel level and ready to take the next step up.
We're looking for someone who will bring a minimum portable client base of $500K+ and a passion for delivering strategic, practical advice to clients across a wide range of workplace matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unfair dismissal and general protections claims
* Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
* Workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
* Executive contracts, restraints, and employment agreements
* Discrimination, bullying, and harassment matters
* Restructures, redundancies, and compliance with workplace laws
* WHS and corporate support/transactional employment matters
Requirements:
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and a critical, inquisitive mindset
* Be a team player who is willing to mentor junior lawyers
* Manage your time efficiently and use initiative
* Be proactive and able to prioritise effectively
* Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
* Remain calm and focused under pressure
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
