Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls.
* Provide excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
* Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide the best possible outcomes for our customers.
* Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
About You:
* You have a high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
* Insurance knowledge or background would be highly desirable.
* You can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
* Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software is required.
* Strong attention to detail is crucial.
* A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others, is vital.
