Key Responsibilities: Oversee formwork, concrete, and reinforcement tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Interpret and execute drawings, plans, and specifications accurately. Supervise and manage a team while maintaining clear communication with team leaders and directors. Be hands-on to ensure project progress aligns with company and client expectations. Assist in maintaining and following company procedures. Keep daily site records, including photos, day dockets, and logs, to ensure accurate project tracking. Requirements: Either experience as a leading hand or an experienced carpenter (looking to move into a foreman role) in set-out, formwork, concrete, and reinforcement. Ability to read and understand drawings/plans and specifications. Must hold a valid White Card and relevant trade licenses. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team.
