We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans Assist with mobility, transfers, and manual handling procedures Provide mealtime assistance, including dysphagia management in line with best practice guidelines Support clients with medication administration and other delegated medical tasks Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client condition Promote client dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times Essential Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or disability settings Current Dysphagia training and competency (mandatory) Current medical competencies, including medication administration (mandatory) Current First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check Up-to-date immunisation record (including COVID-19 & Flu, if required) Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic Why Join NHR Staffing Group?
