As we continue to grow on the Gold Coast/South East Queensland, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, customer-focused position offering variety and responsibility each day. As a Customer Service Executive, you will represent Redline Car Hire on the front line — delivering and collecting vehicles, guiding customers through required documentation, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and professional from beginning to end.
A current MR (Medium Rigid) Licence or higher is essential, as you will be responsible for operating company vehicles for deliveries, collections, and fleet coordination activities.
You will also play an important role in maintaining high vehicle presentation standards and upholding the level of service our customers expect.
About the role:
* Delivering and collecting vehicles across South East Queensland in a safe and professional manner
* Supporting day-to-day branch operations
· Prepare vehicles for hire by completing detailed cleaning and presentation of both the interior and exterior to company standards.
· Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they receive clear information, guidance, and a smooth start to their rental experience.
About You
* Enjoy working independently, meeting customers face-to-face, and being part of a supportive team
* Current MR Licence (or HR/HC/MC) – essential
* Clean driving record
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
* Experience in customer-facing or service-based roles (highly regarded)
