Housekeeping & Laundry Team Leader Position


We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Laundry Team Leader to join our team in Busselton. As a key member of our aged care facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Responsibilities


The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility;

* Scheduling staff rotas and allocating tasks as required;

bsplying with management on all aspects related to cleaning services including budgets, inventory control etc.;
promoting infection control practices within the facility;
liaising with other departments such as maintenance regarding issues relating cleanlness/laundry operations.
