About the Role
Join the South Australian Prison Health Service as an Administration Officer and support patient administration across a multidisciplinary team. Provide high quality patient admin support while helping maintain confidential records and smooth service delivery.
* Provide patient admin support
* Maintain records and manage correspondence
* Transfer medical records across SAPHS sites
* Support managers and multidisciplinary teams
* Deliver customer focused admin services
About You
You're an organised administration professional who thrives in a busy clinical environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to support confidential patient services.
* Experience in admin support and customer service
* Use Microsoft Office and patient systems effectively
* Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
* Prioritise workload and work with initiative
